We are the WINNERS!!

On April 1st 2015, we made history.

As we were travelling to Brighton for our Easter Bank Holiday event, we were given the news: Pelucas y Tacones was officially awarded 'Clubnight Of The Year' at the Latin UK Awards 2015. It was a beautiful feeling; 10 years of hard and fun work and niche status are now reaching to broader audiences.

It's a double win for us, not only do we get recognition on a national level but we also blur boundaries as we gain recognition outside the queer / LGBT circuit in which we are mostly known. Proof that when things are done with the heart, gender and sexuality don't matter.

We owe those of you who voted for us a huge THANK YOU, a gesture we also extend to the jury at The Air Europa Latin UK Awards for believing in us and giving us this award. This award is dedicated to our friends with whom we started this adventure 10 years ago, to each and every one of you who come to our international events, those who make it happen by helping out and working, our families who support our crazy way of seeing life and above all, to our absent friends. We still miss you at every event.
